Girl Power

Hi Crafters,
Well I don't know where July went to but we're certainly flying through this year aren't we? Let's hope we get some more sunny weather soon too!
It's also time for a brand new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and this week, our lovely Nat has given us the fab theme of  'Girl Power'.
We are kindly sponsored by All Dressed Up Stamps and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of 2 digi images from their online store.  Their images are absolutely gorgeous and all the Design Team have used one of their digis on their cards this week.

The image I've used is entitled 'Pretty Lashes'.

I absolutely loved colouring this in with my promarkers and decided to give my card a bit of a vintage feel!  My sewing machine was still out so I decided to stitch around the layers.  I added some diecut bunting and also inked all the edges with distress inks.  I found some flowers to go with the colour scheme and added a touch of glitter here and there!
