Monochrome Challenge

Hi crafters,
There's a brand new challenge at Passion for Promarkers starting today.  It's been chosen by our lovely Kitty and the theme for this week is 'Monochrome'.
We are kindly sponsored by Ppinkydolls and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of 3 digis from the online store.  All the images there are amazing and great fun to colour in.

We were lucky enough to have an image to play with and I chose this gorgeous digi called 'Abi's Love'.  I chose to use cream as my monochrome colour which meant keeping the colouring as simple as possible.  I actually enjoyed keeping it as one main colour and will definitely use this theme again!
The papers are all from my stash and I punched some flowers out of these papers as well.  The sentiment stamp came from a magazine freebie and I used a brown ink pad to keep everything in the same tone.  I embossed the cream layer and all the edges have been inked with 'Antique Linen' Distress Ink.  Some cream organza ribbon and a couple of small wooden hearts were the finishing touches to the card as well as a few pearls here and there!!

So why not join in with this nice and easy challenge this week.  Remember, you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn't have to be a card.  To be eligible for the prize draw, you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products (promarkers, flex markers etc) and of course, follow the theme.  Please also say which products you have used on your creation,
I look forward to visiting your blogs to see all your lovely creations!
Hugs, Karen xx

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:
