Die cuts and/or punches

 Hi crafters,

It's my turn in the hot seat this week over at Passion for Markers and I have chosen the nice and easy theme of 'Die cuts and/or punches'.  I don't think I ever make a card without them now so I'd love to see your creations using them as well!!

I made this Birthday card for my youngest who's just had his first little car!  I coloured an image from LOTV I thought would be perfect and added glossy accents and white highlights here and there!  I used one of my new dies from Craft Addiction as a background and die cut some stars in various sizes.  I added a welsh sentiment and personalised it with his name to make it extra special!

I hope you can find some time to join in with my challenge this week.  Remember, you can use any of your markers but make sure you follow the theme to be in with a chance of winning this fab prize!

'Add Flowers'

Hi crafters, 

It's time for a brand new challenge at Passion for Markers.  This week's theme has been chosen by Elaine from Team 2 and she has given us a theme of ‘add flowers'.  Elaine has given you a super easy theme this week and would like to see flowers on your creations.  It could be a floral image, floral papers or even die cut flowers (as long as you also include an image coloured with markers).  Hopefully this will be a popular challenge and we can’t wait to see what you make.  Please remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card but whatever you make you must include a hand coloured image to be eligible for our prize draw.  So just grab your markers, join in and have some fun!

I have used this gorgeous digi called 'gerbera daisy'.

I coloured the image with my promarkers with glitter here and there!  I embossed and die cut the squares and added extra diecut leaves behind the image.  I inked a large text stamp and placed it on the card  behind the squares and added gems too!

Beach vibes

We have a brand new challenge over at Passion for Markers and this week, our lovely Wendy has given us the fab theme of 'Beach vibes'.  We are kindly sponsored by Uniko Stamps and they are offering the lucky winner 1 product (stamp, die, stencil - any value) from their online store.

I've used a cute digi image from LOTV and this one is called 'Busy Bears Deckchair Dreaming'.

I coloured the image with my promarkers and added some white highlights here and there!  I created a cloudy background with my distress inks and added some freehand seagulls in the corners!  I stamped the Beach sign and fussy cut it after colouring it with my markers.  I found some co-ordinating papers and the sentiment is also from LOTV.
