Russian Dolls

Hi crafters,

I've got something a bit different this time!  I was asked to make a card with a Russian doll theme and this is what I came up with - what do you think?
I made them with some Lily of the Valley papers, I used my MS punch and embossed the background behind the dolls.  I punched some flowers and distressed all the edges with Tim Holtz ink.  I coloured the faces with my promarkers but this was the only bit of colouring I did which was a bit weird! I'd like to enter my card in the Joanna Sheen blog challenge which is 'Spots and Stripes'.
Thanks for looking,
Hugs Karen xx

  1. Cute card, Karen! Love the little Russian dolls with all their paper piecing, fab embossing and punched border...really pretty! Hugs, Lisa x

  2. This is wonderful Karen. I love the way you have made the Russian Dolls, they look really fabulous and the papers you have used are gorgeous.
Thank you for taking part in the Joanna Sheen Challenge
