'All in a Day's work'

Hello again crafters,
There's a great new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers this week and our lovely Linda has chosen the theme 'All in a day's work'.  She would love it if your creation could feature an occupation eg fireman, librarian, nurse etc.
We are kindly sponsored by Sasayaki Glitter this week and they are offering the lucky winner a digi image from their online store.  All their images are fab and you'll have lots to choose from.

We were lucky enough to have one of their images to play with this week and I chose 'Lucy's flowers' - she could be either a florist or a gardener I thought!
This image was great to colour in using my pro/flex markers and I really enjoyed doing the flowers!  I matched her dress and ribbon to the polka dot paper and added some embossed card to the layers.  I used my MS punch to add a border across the top and added a thin ribbon to match the terracotta pots! I added a punched flower and some tags I made using some new stamps I got at the last craft fair in Port Sunlight. I actually forgot I had them and found them whilst I was looking for something else!!  I will definitely be using these again though!!
So why not join in with this week's fab challenge and remember to use your Winsor and Newton products in order to be eligible for the prize draw.
I look forward to visiting your blogs to see your gorgeous creations.!
Thanks for dropping by.
hugs, Karen xx

  1. So, so cute Karen! I love all your matching colours and elements. Your punched edges add an instant soft feel to the card, and your little gardener looks stunning! Beautiful!
