Hi crafters,
I'm away visiting my boys this week in Norwich and Lincoln! Great excuse for a little holiday and a chance to explore these 2 lovely cities!
I made my card for this week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers before leaving and the theme this week is 'Use Something Old'.
We are kindly sponsored by Crafty Sentiments Designs and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of 3 digi images from their online store.
I've made a leaving card for someone at work who loves sewing, especially quilting.
I used an old House Mouse stamp which I coloured with my Promarkers.
I added squares of patterned paper and added some faux stitching to look like quilting. I added some buttons and a wooden scissor embellishments. Some flowers and a bow finished off the card, I hope she liked it anyway!
Please join in with this week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers if you can! All you have to do is use your Promarker products and of course, follow the theme.
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations soon.
Hugs, Karen xx

All the Design Team have used the same gorgeous digi from The Paper Shelter this week on their cards and she's called Ballerina
I've made a swing card this week using this gorgeous image, I learnt how to make one at our last workshop and thought a bit of movement on the card would be ideal for this dancing ballerina!
The papers are from a pad I got at 'The Works' and all the edges have been inked with a distress ink. The sentiment is Welsh for 'Happy Birthday' and I finished it off with some ribbon and pearls.
So why not enter one of your creations this week and be in with a chance of winning this fab prize! Just remember to use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products and of course, follow the theme!
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous designs.
Hugs, Karen xx

We were lucky enough to have one of their images to use on our cards this week and I've used this one which is called 'Little Flower Fairy'.
I loved colouring in this image - she is so sweet! I found this colourful backing paper so decided to use the same colours on my flower fairy! I die cut a frame and decided to keep my card clean and simple (shocking I know!!). Well, I couldn't help adding one flower in the corner - especially when I found a button in the exact same colours as my card! I stamped a sentiment next to the image and added a couple of enamel dots and then I walked away from it before I added anything else!
I hope you can join in with the challenge this week, Don't forget to use your promarkers and of course, follow the theme.
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations.
