Dies to Die For - 15 pound voucher

Wow - these are absolutely amazing prizes I'm sure you'll agree.
This is my card for the challenge:
I used a design from a recent workshop and used a stamp that was a freebie with a magazine ages ago!  I coloured the baubles with my promarkers, cut them out by hand and added a topper that was another magazine freebie!  I embossed the white card and added some leaves, holly and snowballs to the top.  Some chain peel offs and a few pearls were the finishing touch!
It just goes to show that you can use your promarkers for anything - it doesn't just have to be to colour an image.
Well I hope you'll be able to find some time to join in with this Mega Christmas Challenge - it will be running for the next 4 weeks.  Team 2 are posting their cards this week and in 2 week's time, Team 1 will be sharing their cards with you.
Thanks for dropping by and good luck with the challenge!

'Use 3 of something'

Hi crafters,
This week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers is to 'Use 3 of something' and it's been chosen by our lovely Jacky.  It could be 3 papers, gems, flowers, snowflakes - anything you like!
We are kindly sponsored by Uniko Stamps, who are offering the lucky winner 1 stamp set and Cowling & Wilcox, who are offering a 6 pack of Promarkers - mid tones.
Uniko Stamps  Cowling & Wilcox
I've made a Birthday card for my Mum and I've added 3 stamped flowers to my card.  I stamped the flowers and coloured them with my promarkers to match the backing papers.  I layered them up, added lots of glitter and placed a black candy dot in the centre.
I embossed the layer behind the flowers and added some gem flourishes as well as some die cut leaves. I added the sentiment and some organza ribbon as the finishing touch!

So why not join in with this nice and easy challenge and be in with a chance of winning a prize,
Remember you can enter using any type of creation but as always to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers).
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations!

Autumn/Autumn Colours

Hi crafters,
This week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers is perfect for me as I love this time of year!  The colours are amazing and I just love walking on a sunny days and enjoying the stunning scenery! This was Betws-y Coed, North Wales last Thursday!

Our lovely Elaine has chosen this theme 'Autumn/Autumn Colours' and we are kindly sponsored by the Paper Shelter who are offering the lucky winner a choice of 3 digi images form their online store.
The Paper Shelter
Their images are amazing and I've used one of their digis entitled 'Autumn Breeze'.  She's absolutely gorgeous and I've used my promarkers to colour her in. I die cut all the leaves in white card and used my distress inks to give them the autumnal colours!  I added some cones I collected on my walk last week and some glitter and pearls were the finishing touch!

It would be great if you could join in with this week's challenge.  Remember you can enter using any type of creation but as always to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers) and of course, follow the theme.

All Dressed Up stamps

We were lucky to have one of their images to use on our cards and I chose this one, 'Christmas Deer'
I've used a layout from a recent workshop and all the backing papers have been inked with 'Antique Linen'.  I inked the edges of the poinsettia with a white gel pen and added glitter to the edges. I inked up some leaves too and after colouring the image with my promarkers, I added some frantage to the edges.  A sentiment and a few die cut trees finished off the card.  I added some glossy accents to the eyes and a lot of glitter on the trees - doesn't show in the photo unfortunately!
Why not join in with this nice and easy challenge and be in with a chance of winning this fab prize.  Just make sure you use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products and follow the theme.  I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations.

Include a Number

Hi crafters,
Well it's been another busy couple of weeks.  We've taken our youngest son back to Lincoln to start his second year of Uni and we've been down to Oxford for my eldest son's graduation.  We had such a lovely day and it really was a day to remember!
I'm back into my crafting to take my mind off the fact that both my boys are away from home!  There's a great new challenge at Passion for Promarkers and this week, our lovely Lorraine C has given us a theme of 'Include a number'.  We are kindly sponsored by Cowling and Wilcox and there will be 2 lucky winners this week.  1 will win a pack of 6 promarkrs in Neutral Tones and 1 winner will win a pack of 6 promarkers in Vibrant Tones.
 Cowling & Wilcox

I've made a 1st Birthday card for a friend's daughter this week and used an old Digistamp Boutique image,
I decided to go with a white and yellow colour scheme and found the perfect dotty paper for the background.  I embossed some white card for one of the layers and added some punched flowers and swirls.  I added a bit of glitter to the image and die cut the number one,  A bit of ribbon and some pearls for the flower centres finished off the card.
So why not join in with this week's challenge,  You can an enter using any type of creation but as always to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products

Fave Colour Combo

Hi crafters,
Well the time came at the weekend for my youngest son to return to Uni for his second year and I was very brave!!  The house is very quiet now that both my boys are away.  Ah well, more room for my crafty stash, hee hee!!
It's also time for a brand new challenge at Passion for Promarkers and this week, our lovely Linda would like your creations to have your fave colour combo - nice and easy!
We are kindly sponsored by Dr Digi's House of Stamps and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of 2 digi images from their online store - a fantastic prize!
Dr Digi's House of Stamps

We were lucky enough to have one of their images to use on our cards this week and I chose this gorgeous digi called -Alice the Alpaca'.
I chose my fave colour combo of pink and green for my card.  I just used a bit of Tea Green promarker for my Alpaca to match my papers and added a bit of glitter here and there!  Aren't all alpacas this colour?!!!
I added a grass diecut as well as a pearly border to the bottom of the card and a bit of ribbon and heart diecut on the top.  The sentiment stamp was a magazine freebie and the enamel dots just finished it off.
So why not join in with this fab challenge and be in with a chance of winning a great prize.  Just remember to use your Winsor and Newton products on your creation and I look forward to visiting your blogs.

For the Boys

All Dressed Up stamps
We were lucky enough to have one of their images to play with and I chose this one called 'Dino'.
Isn't he cute!!  I used a layout from a recent workshop and kept the colours quite monochrome.  I coloured the image with my promarkers and added just a teeny weeny bit of glitter to his spikes!  I put the stars onto strips of acetate and added a couple of buttons too!  Here is another photo showing the fold of the card,

So why not join in with this week's challenge to be in with a chance of winning this fab prize.  You just need to use your Winsor and Newton products and of course, follow the theme!
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations.

Glitter/Sparkle

Hi crafters,
Hope you're all enjoying the summer and managing to find some time to craft!  I'm hosting this week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers this week and I've set a nice, easy theme of 'Glitter/Sparkle'. I'd love to see your creations with either glitter on your images or sparkly embellishments - it's completely up to you!
We are kindly sponsored by Crafty Sentiments and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of  3 digi images from their online store.  They have some gorgeous images so you'll be spoilt for choice.
Crafty Sentiments Designs

This is a card I made for my niece as a Get Well Card.  I've coloured the stamped image with my promarkers and added lots of glitter to the flower and at the base of the image.  We used this layout at our recent workshop and I thought it would work well with these papers.  I made the straws - they're not brilliant but they're not too bad (just need a bit more practice!).
So why not join in with this week's challenge - if you're anything like me I add glitter onto nearly every card!!
Whatever you make - it doesn’t have to be a card -  but as always to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) and don't forget to follow the theme!
I look forward to seeing all your gorgeous creations.
Hugs,
Karen xx

Spots and/or Stripes

Hi crafters,
Apologies for the late post!  I've been away on holiday and I thought I'd scheduled this post but I obviously hadn't!
Anyway, this week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers has been chosen by our lovely Jacky and she would like you to use 'spots and/or stripes' on your creations this week.
We are kindly sponsored by Dies to Die For and they are offering the lucky winner a £15.00 voucher to spend in their online store.
Dies to Die For
This card is one I made for my gaming-mad son and I thought this LOTV image 'Oliver Game Boy' was perfect for him!  I coloured the image with my promarkers and found some papers in matching colours.  I added some black stars and corners and a couple of candy dots in the corner.  I also added the Happy Birthday text onto a die cut banner.

This is a great theme and it would be great if you could join in and be in with a chance of winning this fabulous prize.  Remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card.  As always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products and of course follow the theme.

Vibrant Colours

Hi crafters,
Where are these weeks going?  Things have been a little bit crazy lately and my crafting time has been very limited!  My eldest passed his degree with First Class honours, he has a new job in the Lake District which he starts next week, we found a flat for him to rent there and he passed his driving test before he goes!!  We will be taking him up to Cumbria tomorrow - aaargghhh!!
I did manage to get my card done ready for the fab new challenge at Passion for Promarkers,  Our lovely Elaine has chosen the theme of 'Vibrant Colours' - nice and easy.
We are kindly sponsored by Little Miss Muffet Stamps and they are offering the lucky winner a $6.00 voucher to spend in their online store.
Little Miss Muffet Stamps
We were lucky enough to have one of their images to use on our cards this week and I chose 'Jr Hatter - Celeste',
I used a layout from a recent workshop and coloured the image with my promarkers.  I added a bit of stitching to add texture to my card and inked all the papers with distress inks.  Some enamel dots in the centre of the punched flowers were the finishing touch!
Thanks for dropping by and I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations for this challenge.
Remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card but as always to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products and of course, follow the theme.
See you soon,

Add a Sentiment

Hi crafters,
Hope you're all enjoying this gorgeous weather we're having and managing to keep cool!
With the World Cup and Wimbledon on the TV - I'm quite happy to be watching a bit of footie and tennis whilst crafting too!
It's time for a brand new challenge at Passion For Promarkers and our lovely Donna has chosen a nice and easy theme  'Add a Sentiment'.
We are kindly sponsored by The Paper Shelter this week and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of  3 digi images from their online store.  Their images are fab and you'll be spoilt for choice with this prize.
The Paper Shelter
We were lucky enough to have one of their images to play with and I chose this fab digi called 'Tucan''.
I used a layout that we used at a recent workshop and made this card for my Dad.  I coloured the image with my promarkers and found some papers in matching colours which I inked with Walnut Stain distress ink.  The card in the centre opens so that I could write a little message and I added the sentiment cut from a stitched circle die.  Here's a view of the card when closed.

It's a great fold for a masculine card as there are plenty of details and I didn't feel the need to add anything else!!
So why not join in with this fab challenge.  Just add a sentiment to your card and remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card but as always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products.
Thanks for dropping by!

Bears r us

Hi crafters,
I'm back in the dining room crafting again after my son came home from Uni after finishing his degree course!  Oh well, never mind - it's great to have both my boys home again for a few weeks!
I just have to remember where I've hidden everything again, ha ha!!
It's time for a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers and this week, our lovely Nat has chosen the nice and easy theme 'Bears r us'.
We are kindly sponsored by Digital Stamp Boutique and they are offering the lucky winner a £10.00 voucher to spend in their online store.
DSB

They have such a great choice of digis and we were lucky enough to have one to play with for this challenge.
I've used Summer Louie-beer for my card and this was a Birthday Card I made for my Dad!
I used my promarkers and added a bit of Glossy Accent to his nose!  The sentiment comes in the set and I added some enamel dots in matching colours.  I did a bit of doodling as I felt it just needed something and the DAD letters from Home Bargains were the finishing touch!
So why not join in with this challenge - I'm sure we all have some stamps or digis with bears on them!
Remember, you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card but to be eligible for the prize draw, you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products.

Summer Fun

Hi crafters,
Hope you're all having a good week and are ready for a brand new challenge at Passion for Promarkers!  Our lovely Lorraine has chosen the fab theme of  'Summer Fun' - a nice and easy challenge for us!
We are kindly sponsored by 'Some Odd Girl' this week and they are offering the lucky winner a $10.00 gift voucher to spend in their online store.

Some Odd Girl

I've used a cute House Mouse image on my card this week!  I used my promarkers to colour it in and added lots of glitter!
I used my favourite card shape and the polka dot papers came out again!!  I thought the yellow flower looks like the sun and I also added some shells in the corner to match those in the image.  I also looked absolutely everywhere for a cocktail umbrella to add to my card but I couldn't find them  anywhere! I even had hubby on the case but we couldn't find any shop that stocked them.  In the end I spotted one of my corner dies that looked liked an umbrella and I scored some lines onto it and added it to a cocktail stick!!  It was the best I could do anyway!!
So why not join in with this fab challenge?  Remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card but as always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products.
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations!

Gems / Pearls

Hi crafters,
It's a new week and time for a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers!  Our lovely Linda has chosen a nice and easy theme for us and it's 'Gems / Pearls'.
We are kindly sponsored by Ppinkydolls and they are offering the lucky winner a choice of 3 digi images from their online store.  Their images are amazing and you'll be spoilt for choice with this prize.
Ppinkydolls

I decided to create a keepsake for a friend to celebrate the birth of a baby daughter.  I bought a deep box frame and used my promarkers to colour an LOTV stamp.  I added a bit of glitter here and there and added lots of die cuts to fill the frame,  Some WOC flowers were added as well as a cute little wooden button.  Pearls were added to the bunting and in the corners and I added the name, date and weight of birth to personalise the frame and make it just that little bit more special.  It would be lovely to think that it will be up on the wall for years to come anyway!
So why not join in with this great challenge and be in with a chance of winning s great prize!  You can enter any type of creation and don't forget to follow the theme and use your Winsor and Newton products (formerly Letraset).
Thanks for dropping by and I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations.
