Hi crafters,
Well I've lost my craft room again but it's worth it to have my babies back home for Easter! We've also been decorating our bedroom and I had to move all my crafty stash so guess what - now I can't find anything! I'm wasting my valuable crafty time with trying to remember where I hid - I mean, kept everything hee hee!!
But enough of my troubles! I'm here to tell you about the great new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and this week, our lovely Elaine has chosen the fab theme - 'Babies (animals/people)'.
We are kindly sponsored by Di's Digi Stamps - and they are offering the lucky winner a $12.00 voucher to spend in their online store.
Luckily I'd made my card before all the upheaval and I've used a gorgeous digi from The Paper Shelter. It's from a set called 'Funny Giraffes' and I loved colouring this one with my promarkers!
I used my favourite card shape and the papers were a freebie with a magazine. I added a little wooden dummy and added a die cut baby mobile to the corner. I also put a small piece of organza under the image and added some WOC flowers in matching colours as the finishing touch. I made a box for this card so it can be kept as a keepsake. I added the baby's name and the date of birth to personalise it and make it a little bit more special. Hope they like it anyway!
So why not enter your card in this week's challenge. Remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card. To be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers) and of course follow the theme.
I look forward to visiting your blogs and seeing your gorgeous creations.
See you soon,
Karen xx
I'd like to enter my card in the folowing challenges:

Only Girls Allowed
Hi crafters,
Well it's been quite a week with all the snow and ice but hopefully we can get back to normal now! I used the snow days to catch up on some crafting ready for the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers. Our lovely Donna has chosen the fab theme of 'Only Girls Allowed' so it's a great excuse to make some girly cards!
We are kindly sponsored by Ppinkydolls who are offering the lucky winner a choice of 3 digi images from their online store. Their images are stunning and you'll certainly be spoilt for choice!
We were lucky enough to have one of their images to play with and I chose 'Looking for you'.
I really enjoyed colouring this image with my promarkers and I added a touch of pencil here and there.
I look forward to seeing your gorgeous creations for this challenge. Remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card. As always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products and of course follow the theme.
Good luck and I'll see you again soon!
Hugs, Karen xx

I've embossed the base layer and added some peel offs to the background papers. This is a fab layout which we used at our recent workshop (thanks Lisa!!) and I added some ribbon and a snazzy button to finish off the card. This card is for my niece's 21st birthday next month so I hope she likes it!
Good luck and I'll see you again soon!
